Site settings
Open Chat → Settings and select the site first. Widget, schedule, sound, site groups and integrations are per-site. Module permissions on Access are installation-wide.
Widget and availability
Show widget on site defaults to off. It controls visitor access, not manager access: with it off, administration/PWA/search/history remain available, while visitor messages from old tabs are also rejected.
Show only when a manager is online defaults to on. An authorized active manager must keep the workspace/PWA open. Merely logging into Bitrix or holding a push subscription does not count. Site groups and current permissions are checked.
Workspaces send presence approximately every 25 seconds. Normal departure sends a closing signal; lost connections expire after 120 seconds. Visitor pages recheck every 30 seconds and on focus. Changes are not instantaneous; frozen background tabs may expire. Multiple tabs are tracked separately.
An empty site operator-group field allows all module operators. Supervisors/administrators have broader access. Site group selection alone does not grant module rights.
Visitor page tracking shows open tabs and recent activity. Query strings and URL fragments are stripped; page information is kept for up to 24 hours. Presence is approximate.
Working hours
The schedule limit defaults to off. Select working days and start/end times. Calculations use server time and PHP timezone, displayed in settings, not the visitor's clock. The start is inclusive, the end exclusive; 22:00–06:00 crosses midnight. Equal start/end values are invalid. Unchecked days are off; all days unchecked hides the widget for the whole week. Outside hours, visitor requests are blocked and the widget hides. Managers retain access.
Appearance and sound
Configure the available title, greeting, color and appearance fields. Assignment changes the visitor heading to the operator's Bitrix name. The footer links Powered by zorka.cloud. The launcher hides while the panel is open.
Upload a notification sound on Appearance: MP3/WAV/OGG, maximum 2 MB. The per-site repeat interval is 5–3600 seconds, default 10. Managers control browser-local volume in their workspace.
Departments and routing
Category → Bitrix group/department → automatic response. The form starts with saved rules or one empty row; add one at a time, up to 20. An empty category disables that rule. Visitors choose a topic and the queue respects department rights. The first operator reply can claim an unassigned conversation. These are module routing rules, not Bitrix business processes.
Archive versus deletion
Automatic archiving after N days preserves history; 0 means manual only. A new visitor message can reopen a conversation when the widget is available.
Manual cleanup permanently deletes closed/archived conversations for the selected site that have been closed and inactive longer than 1–36500 days. Preview the count, then confirm. Messages and conversation audit entries are deleted too; open conversations remain. Saving settings does not run cleanup. Repeat an expired preview before confirming.
